When you want to feel good

You may not know this

The body needs dopamine for you to feel good,get motivated ,feel relaxed and satisfaction.

It also has a major role to play in controlling memory,mood, sleep, learning, concentration, movement and other body functions.

Some drugs and substance can stimulate the release of these hormones and most people see themselves taking alcohol and different drugs to the point of being addicted to it, not because they are comfortable with the money they spend to get those substance but because of the feeling they derive after taken it .

The dopamine is produced in several areas of the brain,

It is unfortunate that some don’t know that there are other alternatives that can help in the release of dopamine that will aid us to feel better and spend less money on alcohol or drugs.

I will leave you with these few

Do you know that

✓Sexual intimacy triggers the release of Dopamine (When the two sex agrees)

✓Hugging
✓Listening to music
✓Meditation
✓ Exercise
✓Money and rewards
✓ Getting enough rest
✓Going out or staying indoors and watching movies or comedy
✓Managing stress and many more

If you can adopt some healthy skilss on how you can make your body release dopamine it will aid you as an adults and as a child.

Students learns better when they are relax and the dopamine can help them achieve it.

You should also endeavor to seek for counseling if you find yourself stressed or under pressure.
